Yes. Academy partners can mix Octo's 38+ tracks with their own custom modules. White-label partners access the full content library with the option to layer in proprietary courses on top.
How long does setup take?
Most white-label portals are live within 5 business days. We handle the technical setup, you supply your logo, colors, and domain. Academy setups with custom content typically take 2–4 weeks depending on scope.
Do badges have expiry dates?
By default, badges are permanent and cryptographically signed (HMAC-SHA256) with a unique public verification URL. You can configure custom expiry periods (e.g. annual re-certification) for compliance workflows.
Can we host on a custom subdomain like learn.ourcompany.com?
Yes, white-label portals can run on a subdomain of your choosing. Full custom domain support including HTTPS is included at no extra cost.
What's the minimum team size for white-label?
White-label plans start at 5 seats. For teams under 5, our standard team pricing at $149/seat/year applies. There is no minimum for academy partners.
Is there an API for integrating with our existing HRIS or LMS?
Yes. Academy and enterprise partners get API access for progress syncing, SSO integration (SAML/OIDC), and badge webhooks. We also support SCORM export for existing LMS environments.
